  • Loss of Rent – Up to 20% Building Sum Insured
  • Fire Brigade Charges – Up to €2,000
  • Trace & Access – Up to €1,500
  • Loss of Keys – Up to €500
  • Glass & Sanitary – Up to €2,000
  • Cover for Landlord’s Contents 
  • Domestic Outbuildings/Garages – Up to €3,000 
  • Legal Liability to the public – €3,000,000
  • Accidental Damage to Mains – Up to €2,000

 

KennCo Landlord Home Insurance caters for private domestic dwellings of standard construction which are let to either families, couples or up to 5 tenants and which are registered with The Private Residential Tenancies Board.

 
You can receive additional discounts if you:
  • Have a No Claims Bonus.
  • Have an alarm.
  • Are over 50 years of age.
  • Have two or more smoke detectors fitted.
  • Increase the standard excess to €350**.

* €500 for escape of water claims & €1,500 for subsidence.

** And to €1,000 for escape of water.

 

Main Excesses Applicable: 

  • Escape of Water – €1,000
  • Subsidence – €1,500
  • All Other Claims – €500
